Positive: Comfortable bed clean room.
Negative: The fridge in the room was not cold. It wasn't on. When I opened the door it had a smell. Also the bottom lock of the door would not work. It seemed like it was not fitting properly anymore. When I checked out I did mention to the clerk about these issues, just so that they would be prepared for the next person. Their person's reply to me was did I turn on the fridge. Now, I have stayed at your location a number of times and I've stayed at many other hotels and never once have I had to turn on a fridge. They knew I was coming for a few days, so that should have totally been turned on. Nor would I want to have turned on anything and put it in a stinky fridge. That probably made me more annoyed by telling me that I should have done that, then if they just said oh gosh so sorry we'll look into it. Knowing that your place is going to be full up booked, that fridge should have been turned on and cold. I've stayed at cheaper places and not had to have these kind of worries. And fix the lock.
Summary: It was okay, just okay, until I checked out. Then it became disappointing.

Negative: There was an air conditioner running noise coming inside the room at night.

Positive: The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was delicious and alot of varieties for young and old. The staff were supportive and always smiling. Even after checked out they let us go in the room to collect our belongings that we forgot. The lady in the morning shift helped me to get it without any arguments or excuses. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Negative: My son didn’t like and asked to write, “The tv has no channels except one”.
